Sammie made her first Lemon Meringue Pie yesterday. She was thrilled and has enjoyed serving up slices to the family.
I am loving the size of this little pie. I have a few of these fiesta fruit bowls and I think they make the perfect sized mini pie. I might just have to experiment with these.

That is so cute! Pyrex makes a little pie dish also. It's the perfect size for one or two depending on how much pie you like.
Love that you are showing her how to make pretty pies! It's a skill.
